How do I get started? You will need a Google Health™ Account and a registration letter that contains a secure PIN from each physician you want to receive results from. Each physician must provide you with a secure PIN. You will use this PIN, along with your last name and date of birth, to authenticate yourself when you first establish the link between your Google Health Account and your physician. Please note: Your date of birth and last name must match exactly with the information your physician has on file. I don't have a Google Account, how do I create one? A Google Account is an account you use to sign in to Google Health and various other Google Services, including Gmail. If you've already created an account with one of these services, you can sign in to Google Health with your existing account. How do I get a secure PIN? A 16 digit PIN is required to link your Google Health Account to Quest Diagnostics. To get a 16 digit PIN:

No, you will only need your secure PIN the first time you register with Quest Diagnostics to establish a secure link with your physician and your Google Health Account. I'm getting a message that the Quest Diagnostics link has not been established. You will need to verify that you secure PIN was entered correctly and verify that your name and date of birth match exactly what your physician has on file. I am unable to register (for my Quest Diagnostics account). Verify that the secure PIN was entered correctly and that it has not expired. If you're still unable to register, contact your physician to verify that your name and date of birth match exactly what your physician has on file. Is there any charge for receiving my Quest Diagnostics lab results through my Google Health Account? No, there is no charge for accessing your lab results through Google Health. Is Google planning to use my Google Health Account data? No, Google will not sell patient data or share it with any third party or individual unless you tell Google to share it. Google asks for patient consent any time data moves. Any sharing rights that you set up can be revoked at any time.
What if my physician is not participating? Let your physician know you're interested in receiving your Quest Diagnostics lab results into your Google Health Account. Download an explanatory letter and share it with your physician, who can learn more about Google Health by contacting Quest Diagnostics. What if I don't see my physician's affiliation with Quest Diagnostics listed in the Google Health "search for a doctor" feature? If your physician has already sent you results s/he is participating with Google Health. It is up to each physician whether or not they choose to list their name in the Google Health "search for a doctor" feature. Even though the physician is not listed as affiliated with Quest Diagnostics, they are still able to participate and release results. How do I respond to the message that my physician sent along with my lab results? You will need to contact your physician. Can I import other medical information besides my lab results? Yes, you can choose to link your profile to physicians, pharmacies, and other online resources to send or receive medical information. When you link accounts in this way, you can allow these online resources to send you your medical records. Can Quest Diagnostics provide me with medical charts from hospitals, prescriptions, x-rays, etc? No, Quest Diagnostics only provides laboratory test results; please contact your physician for this information. Can I add my own information? You can add the following information to a profile:
In each category, you can search for items or browse an alphabetical index. To search, just start typing a name and Google Health will display a list of options based on what you've typed. Select the correct item, and then click the + Add button to the right of the search field. To browse the index, scroll through the alphabetical listing and click the Add link beside an item you'd like to add. You can add as many conditions, medications, etc. as you'd like. After you've selected them, they're added to your profile summary, which appears on the right side of your Google Health page. Can I share my medical information? You are in total control of what information you share and with whom you share that information. Google asks for your consent any time information is shared. Any sharing rights you set up can be revoked at any time. I can't see my results.
